Packard Bell (later Teledyne Packard-Bell) is an old line name. However they were primarily an equipment manufacturer. Tubes and components were generally made by other companies. Tubes for instance, came from major sources such as GE or RCA. Discernable by the style of the type number. Tube writing was a reddish-orange. The above picture is two views of the same box.
